What is coaching?
Coaching is individualized support at the process level, i.e. the coach does not directly suggest solutions, but accompanies the client and encourages them to question or set goals and develop their own solutions.
Coaching can accompany a person in their professional development, but it can also relate to all other areas of life such as family, health, marriage or non-professional life goals.
Coaching can only take place if the person is mentally healthy and the challenges are ‘normal life challenges’ that have nothing to do with a mental illness.
How coaching works with me
Discuss what you want to achieve – formulate a realistic goal.
We develop a vision, tools and plans to achieve this goal.
If necessary, check in after a few weeks or to see whether you have achieved your goal. If necessary, make adjustments.
